In October 2021, we launched our web app with a special new feature: an interactive floor plan. The floor plan makes it easier to use our desk booking app and reserve a spot in the office.

Booking your desk from any device

You can book a desk for your visit at the office through Ciao’s mobile or web app flex office software; the choice is yours!

Our mobile app enables you to book right from the comfort of your couch or on the go wherever you are. Easy peasy. You can also reserve a spot at the office directly from your (work) laptop where you have easy access to tools like Outlook and Teams to coordinate with colleagues. Then, you can use Ciao's web application (web app) in your browser. Our web app is responsive and adjusts to different screen sizes, so you can also use it on your mobile phone if you don't have the mobile app.

Easily meet with colleagues in the office

We keep developing and enhancing our app based on users’ feedback, which we really value. We discovered that people really want to know who else is going to be in the office when they're planning an office visit. As you explore different dates in the app, you will be able to see the names of the colleagues who will be present in the office and when.

Our interactive floor plan will help you visualize the office layout as well as the exact desks that are available to book. This floor plan will guide you when choosing the best spot for your work tasks that day. Not only can you see where your colleagues are going to sit but you can also choose to sit near or further away from them. 😉

Reinventing the office purpose

The web app launch was a big milestone in our mission to help companies and their employees get the most out of hybrid work. We are nevertheless still at the beginning of the shift to a new way of working.
